At Peace of Mind Psychology our focus is on supporting your psychological well-being and enhancing quality of life. We offer online psychological consultation and services to private and referred clients. We have extensive experience and training in women’s health psychology, holistic lifestyle wellness, bariatric services and other complex psychological presentations. Our practice also offers specialised services for bariatric pre- and post-surgery assessment and therapy to support you through your bariatric journey.
Waheeeda has professional training and experience in the field of psychology. Her practice focuses on Women’s Health Psychology and Well-being. She aims to help women learn to cope more effectively with various psychological concerns and life issues that are unique to women. Her approach is warm, compassionate and supportive with the goal of assisting clients to find their own path towards fulfilment, emotional well-being and improved interpersonal relationships. She has extensive experience in working with women, adolescents and children from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Kalpana is a psychologist who is passionate about supporting people to live their best lives possible. She has over 20 years’ of experience in a range of settings with a particular interest in Women’s Health Psychology and Well-being. Having been a clinical leader in a government organisation and working with people who have a range of complex issues and with clients from vulnerable populations. Kalpana generally works in a kind, non-judgemental manner – no matter what the presenting problem. She believes in clients having agency to influence their own lives and having the potential solutions within themselves.
