What is Online Therapy?

Online therapy provides an opportunity for exploration, assessment and treatment of psychological concerns and personal difficulties in a confidential and supportive environment whilst using the internet. There are various online video platforms which allow you to see your psychologist from your computer or smartphone whilst engaging in therapy. Your psychologist will guide you through this process, if required and you will meet your psychologist at a time that you have previously arranged.

Engaging in online therapy provides you with the benefit of seeing your psychologist and accessing therapy and treatment with the advantage of choosing a time and place at your convenience.
